About the project

I’m planning a compact, multi-storey banquet-cum-marriage hall on a 1,200 sq ft footprint and need a complete architectural package. The overall look should feel clean and Modern, yet practical enough to build without exotic materials. Within the stacked layout I must accommodate a basement parking area, a main celebration hall on one level, a comfortable lounge area for guests with dining, plus dressing rooms and well-laid-out restrooms. Circulation between floors, fire-safety clearances and accessibility are all critical because of the tight site. Please base interior finishes on reliable, standard-quality options—think ceramic floor tiles, laminated wall panels and readily available fittings—so that your cost estimate stays realistic for my local contractors. To keep the project moving smoothly, I’ll need the following: • Scaled floor plans and reflected ceiling plans for each level • 3D massing and two or three key interior perspectives that show material intent • A basic bill of quantities with cost estimate tied to the specified standard finishes • Brief structural and MEP sizing notes sufficient for a local engineer to continue Drawings should be be in DWG and PDF; models in SketchUp, Revit or similar are fine as long as they match the drawings.
