3D Revit Modelling of Existing Building

Revit 2024 - Existing Building Modelling I am looking for an experienced Revit modeller to create an accurate 3D model of an existing building for an interior design project. Scope of Work - I will provide one DWG file containing: - All existing floor plans - Sections - Elevations The building should be modelled in Revit 2024 based on the provided DWG drawings. The model should include: - All building floor plans - Walls - Columns - Beams - Slabs - Structural elements shown in the drawings - Staircases - Lift/elevator shaft and core - Doors and windows - Basic facade elements/details that can be identified from the drawings - Correct levels and floor-to-floor heights - Overall building geometry matching the provided drawings (No furnitures to be added) The purpose of the model is to allow me to develop and detail the interiors, so the building shell and structural elements need to be properly modelled and editable. Reference Information: I will provide the DWG containing the complete existing floor plans, sections and elevations. I will also provide real-life photographs of the existing building where required for understanding facade elements. Deliverable Only one final deliverable is required: -Revit 2024 .RVT file The model must be fully editable in Revit 2024. STRICT DEADLINE FINAL DEADLINE: 30/09/2026 at 10:00 AM IST This is a strict 2-day deadline. PLEASE BID ONLY IF YOU CAN START IMMEDIATELY AND COMPLETE THE ENTIRE REVIT MODEL BY 10:00 AM IST ON 30 SEPTEMBER 2026. I will not be able to accept late delivery.
