3D/2D Sheet Metal & Mechanical Enclosure Design for Lithium Home UPS Cabinet (4 to 5 Days) Project Overview: We are looking for an experienced mechanical design engineer / sheet metal designer to create a complete 3D design, 2D production drawings, and manufacturing files for a Lithium Home UPS Cabinet (Vertical Wall/Floor Mount Enclosure). All reference drawings, dimensioned component files, and assembly guidelines are ready to share immediately. #Project Scope & Key Technical Requirements: 1. Battery Compartment (4S1P Configuration): * Designed to hold 4S1P HIGHSTAR cell (Cell dimensions in mm: 160.14/160.80x118.31x49.92). TotL 4 cells used * Includes bottom and top cell clamping brackets for secure mounting. 2. Main PCB / Inverter PCBA & Vertical Mount. * Main PCBA Dimensions: L212xW170mm with a maximum component height of 61mm * BMS / Control Board: 144 x85 mm * Mounting arrangement: Vertical mounting internal to the cabinet adjacent to/above the cell enclosure. 3. Front Panel & Cutouts: * LCD Display Module cutout (80x63.7 PCB dimension, 10mm max height). * Cutouts for 2x Switches, 1x Resettable Overload/Circuit Switch, 1x AC Input Cable Connection/Gland, and 1x AC Output Socket. 4. Sheet Metal Enclosure Specs (Based on Reference Drawings): * Material: CRCA MS Sheet Steel. * Corner Bending, PEM/BSO Inserts, M4/M3 Fasteners, Handle cutouts, and Rubber Anti-Vibration Mount integration. * Proper thermal ventilation slots / fan cutouts. #Required Deliverables: * 3D CAD Model (STEP, IGES, and Native formats - SolidWorks / Fusion 360 / Inventor). * 2D Production / Manufacturing Drawings (DXF, DWG, PDF) with standard sheet metal tolerances (DIN ISO 2768-1) and bending lines. * Bill of Materials (BOM) including hardware (fasteners, inserts, rubber mounts). #Timeline & Budget: Fixed Budget:₹4,000 – ₹6,000 INR Timeline:Strictly 4 Days from project award
