About the project

Lush Banners is looking for a talented graphic/UI designer to create a modern, cohesive website icon system and complementary navigation info-box/card style for our website. We are a B2B company specializing in custom printed promotional, event, and trade show displays. Learn more about us at LushBanners.com. What We Need We need 15 custom icons for a new Quick Access/navigation section on our website. The icons will initially be used inside clickable navigation cards, but the visual system should also be reusable throughout other areas of our website, including: - Navigation menus - Learning Hub - Help Center - Industry pages - Services and resource sections The navigation layout and content structure are already defined. We are NOT looking for a complete website or navigation redesign. The main focus of this project is creating a unique visual system for the icons and their complementary card/info-box style. Visual Direction We want the new design to feel: - Modern, clean, minimal, and intuitive - Premium and professional for a B2B audience - Creative and visually interesting without feeling busy - Light and refined - Slightly dimensional with a subtle crystal / glass / translucent / 3D-inspired feel We like the idea of using light blue, silver, gray, transparency, and subtle brand colors, but we do not want every icon to simply be blue. The icons should be recognizable and easy to understand at normal website navigation sizes. Navigation Card Style Each card will generally include: - Rectangular box/card - Light background - Thin/subtle border or dimensional treatment - Custom icon centered near the top - Short title underneath - Consistent styling across the entire icon system The entire card will be clickable on the website. 15 Icons Needed Shopping Resources 1. Deliverables We expect: - 15 completed custom icons - One consistent icon design system - Complementary navigation card/info-box visual style - Editable vector source files - SVG files for web use - AI/EPS or equivalent editable vector format - PNG exports where applicable - Consistent sizing, line weight, perspective, colors, and visual treatment across all icons The final designs should be easy for our developers to implement on the website. References & Inspiration We will provide: - Screenshot of our planned navigation structure - Visual inspiration discussed internally - Detailed spreadsheet with all 15 icons, suggested concepts, and design notes - Additional Lush Banners website/brand references IMPORTANT: The reference images are not quite there yet and should only be used as inspiration. We do not want the references copied literally. We are looking for someone who can take the general direction and create a more modern, refined, original, and cohesive design system. What We Want to Avoid Please avoid: - Generic stock icons - Basic icon libraries with minimal customization - Cartoonish styles - Excessively colorful icons - Making every element blue - Heavy gradients or excessive shadows - Overly complicated 3D designs - Icons with too much detail to work at navigation size - Inconsistent icon styles The final result should feel like one intentionally designed icon family, not 15 unrelated graphics.
