Concept/mood board 2. **2–3 layout options** with floor plans 3. 3D renders of the selected design 4. Reception desk, lighting & wall décor design 5. Material/finish specifications 6. Basic BOQ and cost estimate 7. Contractor-friendly dimensions/specifications The design should be **practical, cost-conscious and easy to execute in India**. ### Budget Design budget: **₹5,000–₹10,000**.
