I need a set of high-quality 3D images that portray several flats exactly as they are drawn on my plans. The style is artistic rather than strict photorealism, yet every wall length, ceiling height, and window opening must match the provided measurements precisely. Each rendering should show the full space furnished and decorated, with soft neutral tones guiding the palette. Add lighting details—both natural and artificial—so the mood feels balanced throughout the day, and apply believable textured surfaces to floors, walls, and key furniture pieces to keep the scenes tactile even in their stylised form. You will receive scaled floor plans, reference photos, and a brief describing the ambience for each room. Final delivery should include: • At least two camera angles per flat (living area and bedroom minimum) • High-resolution stills in PNG or JPG suitable for web and print • Source files (Blender, 3ds Max, or similar) so I can request tweaks later Please keep proportions exact and colours within the neutral spectrum; subtle accents are fine as long as they do not overpower the overall calm feel. Let me know early if any measurement seems unclear so we avoid rework.
