Modern Residential Bedroom Renders

About the project

I’m developing a residential project and need a skilled 3D visualizer who can take my sketches and reference photos and transform them into a fully detailed, photorealistic bedroom scene. All work must be done in 3ds Max with V-Ray so I can insert the files straight into my existing pipeline. Scope • Build an accurate bedroom model from the supplied floor plan and elevations. • Apply modern-style materials and finishes—think clean lines, contemporary furniture, muted tones, and subtle accents. • Design lighting that feels natural by day and warm, ambient by night, then fine-tune exposure, color balance, and camera settings for realism. • Produce high-resolution still images (minimum 4K) plus the native .max file with all linked textures and proxies neatly organized. Reference & Assets I will provide the DWG, mood board, and furniture references at kick-off. If any third-party models are used, please cite their source and ensure licensing allows commercial use. Delivery & Review 1. Grey-box layout for approval 2. First material & lighting pass 3. Final polished renders and project files Acceptance Criteria • Geometry is clean, properly unwrapped, and free of visible seams. • Materials respond correctly under both daylight and artificial lighting. • No noise or fireflies at 4K after reasonable render times on a typical workstation. • All textures are relinked and paths are relative. If this matches your expertise, share 2–3 examples of residential bedrooms (or similar interior scenes) you built in 3ds Max/V-Ray, along with a brief note on your typical turnaround time.
