Modern Residential Interior Design in Maharashtra India
INR 150000–250000
About the project
I want to give my home a fresh, modern look and need an experienced interior designer to guide every step—from the first mood board to the final shopping list. This is a residential project, so the goal is to create a cohesive feel throughout the space while keeping it comfortable and livable. I’m drawn to clean lines, a neutral palette with bold accents, and smart use of natural light. I’d like you to suggest finishes, fixtures, furniture, and lighting that complement this contemporary style. If you work in tools such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, or similar, please let me know; high-quality 3D visuals will help me make confident choices. To keep the process clear, I’d like these deliverables: • Concept boards with color and material selections • Scaled floor plan and furniture layout • Photorealistic 3D renders (two rounds of revisions included) • Itemized sourcing list with links and pricing estimates If you have a portfolio of modern residential interiors, share your best work and outline how many weeks you’ll need to complete the concept, revisions, and final package. Let’s create a space that feels sleek, welcoming, and distinctly mine.
