An interactive, two-page Power BI dashboard that turns raw Amazon product data into clear, actionable insights. It helps sellers, category managers, and marketing teams understand which products and categories perform best, and how discounts and pricing affect customer engagement and revenue. Key Features KPI cards: Product catalogue size (1,351 products), total engagement (1.49bn interactions), average discount (46.7%), average actual price, and average discounted price. Customer Engagement by Rating Group: A donut chart showing how engagement is distributed across rating bands. Product Hierarchy by Customer Satisfaction: Ranks categories (Office Products, Toys & Games, Home Improvement, Electronics, and more) by average rating. Satisfaction vs. Discount % Scatter Plot: Shows whether higher discounts actually lead to happier customers. Decomposition Tree: Lets users drill down from average rating to category, sub-category, and product. Product Count by Discount Band and Average Revenue vs. Average Discount by Discount Band: Show which discount ranges generate the most revenue. Key Insights panel: Plain-language takeaways for decision-makers. Details page: A full product-level table with engagement, satisfaction, and revenue (total revenue: ~406.8M). Interactive filters: Date range, category, sub-category, and product name slicers, plus a Clear Filters button. Key Business Insights Customers are generally satisfied, with an average rating of about 4.1 out of 5. Moderate discounts (20–40%) generate more revenue than very large discounts (50%+), so deeper discounts don't always pay off. Engagement is concentrated in a small group of top products, which points to a clear opportunity for focused marketing.
