Expert UI/UX & 3D Web Designer (WebGL / Three.js / Spline) for AI Companion Startup

We are an ambitious, stealth-mode AI startup building a deeply personalized, empathetic AI career and life companion. We are looking for an exceptional, high-end UI/UX Designer to completely transform our web application into a stunning, fully immersive 3D experience. Our goal is to make the user feel like they are interacting with a living, breathing digital entity—not just a chatbot. We want the entire user journey, from the landing page to the chat interface, to feel dynamic, fluid, and human. If you are inspired by the scroll-triggered, cinematic 3D animations of Apple product pages (like the iPhone landing pages), you are exactly who we are looking for. What You Will Be Doing: End-to-End 3D UI/UX Design: Design a complete, cohesive user journey from the homepage to the core conversational interface using high-end 3D visual language. Scroll-Driven Animations: Design deeply engaging, scroll-jacking animations (Apple-style) where 3D elements dynamically shift, rotate, and reveal content as the user scrolls. Humanizing the AI: Design an abstract, dynamic 3D avatar or visual representation of the "AI Companion" that feels empathetic, warm, and responsive to user input. Prototyping & Handoff: Deliver high-fidelity, interactive prototypes and work closely with our engineering team to ensure the 3D assets (WebGL, Three.js, Spline, or R3F) translate perfectly into our Next.js frontend. What We Are Looking For: Mastery of 3D Web Tools: Expert experience using tools like Spline, Blender, Three.js, React Three Fiber (R3F), or WebGL. Top-Tier UI/UX Sensibilities: A portfolio demonstrating premium, modern, "glassmorphism," or cinematic dark-mode aesthetics. Animation Expertise: Proven ability to create scroll-triggered web animations (GSAP, Framer Motion). Empathy in Design: The ability to translate abstract human emotions (trust, empathy, vulnerability) into visual styling and micro-animations. Project Scope: Landing Page: A breathtaking, scroll-animated 3D homepage introducing the AI companion. Onboarding Flow: A dynamic, gamified setup process where the AI learns about the user. Main Chat Interface: A highly polished chat environment featuring subtle 3D background elements, dynamic emotional indicators, and premium typography.
