About the project
I already have the cad drawings for a major extension that will take my current home to almost three times its size, and now I’m ready to refine every visible surface so the finished build feels like a seamless, minimal modern coastal luxury retreat. Here’s what I need from you: • Exterior cladding & façade concept – material palette, colour schedules, fixing details and any feature elements that underscore that clean coastal look. • Interior spatial tweaks and finish selections that read elegant and sophisticated the moment you step inside. • A full landscaping and driveway plan that ties the new footprint to the site and frames the house in a resort-style setting. • High-resolution 3D renders (exterior angles plus the key interior living areas). If you work in Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray or similar, even better—the files will slot straight into my builder’s workflow. You’ll be working from my existing PDF and cad drawings; I can supply site photos, survey data and inspiration images as soon as we start. Final deliverables should include the rendered visuals (JPG/PNG), native model files, a concise material/spec sheet and the landscape plan ready for council submission. If you can translate a set of technical drawings into a cohesive, modern coastal statement and present it with photorealistic clarity, let’s talk and lock in a timeline.
