Modern 3BHK Apartment Interior Design
INR 1500–12500
About the project
I have a 1,400 sq ft 3-bedroom apartment that will become our primary family home, and I want it to feel effortlessly modern from day one. The flat is a clean slate; I need a complete interior concept that balances style with everyday practicality for parents and kids alike. Key focus areas • Living room – a welcoming yet clutter-free social hub that flows naturally into the dining area. • Kitchen – smart storage, durable surfaces, and a contemporary aesthetic that still feels warm. • Master bedroom – a calm retreat with integrated wardrobes and subtle luxury touches. What I’d like from you 1. Optimised space plan (2D layout) showing furniture placement and circulation. 2. At least three high-resolution 3D renders for each priority space, reflecting accurate lighting and material choices. 3. Mood board and colour palette that tie the whole apartment together. 4. Itemised furniture / fixture list with recommended brands or specifications that are available locally or online. 5. Basic MEP guidance where layout changes affect electrical points or plumbing (no full-scale engineering drawings needed, just clear notes). Tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar are perfectly acceptable—choose the workflow you are most comfortable with as long as the final files are editable. Acceptance criteria • The design language is consistently modern. • All three priority zones are fully detailed; secondary bedrooms and bathrooms may remain schematic. • Renders depict true-to-scale furnishings and realistic daylight/night scenes. • Final files include source models, textures, and editable drawings so I can pass them to a contractor without extra conversion work. If you have a clear portfolio of modern family-oriented interiors, I’d love to see it along with your proposal and estimated timeline.
