About the project
I’m getting ready to launch a catalogue of commercial building visuals on this platform and I need a talented renderer to create the core material for me. Every image has to feel utterly realistic—think natural lighting, believable textures, and the little imperfections that make a space breathe. What I’m after • A full 2D plan set and matching 3D stills for one commercial property (office, retail or mixed-use—exact brief provided on award) • Three camera angles for the exterior, two interiors, plus one landscaped context shot that ties the project to its surroundings • Source files (native + .obj/.fbx) and high-resolution PNG/JPEG exports ready for upload Acceptance criteria • Photorealistic finish that can stand beside top-tier architectural marketing material • Cohesive design language across interior, exterior, and landscaped views • Clean, well-organised layers so I can make minor edits later without hunting through the file If you work primarily in V-Ray, Lumion, Corona, Blender, 3ds Max or a similar pipeline, that’s perfect—as long as the end result meets the realism bar. Share two or three of your strongest commercial renders in your proposal and let me know roughly how long one property package like this would take you. I’m ready to move ahead as soon as I find the right fit and will have follow-on projects if the launch goes smoothly.
