Convert Verified Fritzing Layout to Professional PCB Design (Gerber Files)
USD 10–30
About the project
I need a simple, single-board PCB layout created from an already completed and fully tested Fritzing (.fzz) project. The circuit logic, components, and pin mappings are 100% verified on a physical breadboard. This is a very quick micro-task for an experienced electronics engineer. The design is an ultra-low-power Smart Irrigation Sensing Node using an all-3.3V power architecture. Key Specifications & Pin Mapping: • Microcontroller: Arduino Pro Mini (3.3V variant) • Radio Module: LoRa Ra-01 (Antenna area must be kept completely clear of copper traces and ground planes). Pin connections required: NSS to D10, RST to D9, DIO0 to D2, plus standard hardware SPI lines (D11, D12, D13). • Power Input: Direct 3.2V LiFePO4 Battery connection to the Arduino VCC rail (Bypassing the RAW pin. No onboard voltage regulators or complex buck circuits needed). • Edge-Mounted Screw Terminals (e.g., KF301-style) required for all external components: • 1x 2-Pin Terminal for Battery Input (VCC, GND) • 1x 3-Pin Terminal for Capacitive Soil Moisture Sensor (Connected to Pin A0) • 1x 3-Pin Terminal for DHT11 Air Sensor (Connected to Pin D4 - please include a 4.7kΩ pull-up resistor footprint between Data and VCC) • 1x 4-Pin Terminal for KY-016 RGB LED Module (Connected to Pins D3 for Red, D5 for Green, D6 for Blue, and Common Ground/Cathode) • Design Constraints: Thick power traces (24-32mil) for VCC/GND lines, a solid bottom layer ground plane (copper fill), and standard M3 mounting holes placed in the four corners so the board can be secured inside a 3D-printed enclosure. Target board size is roughly 50mm x 60mm. Required Deliverables: 1. Standard Extended Gerber Files (RS-274X format) in a compressed .ZIP folder ready for manufacturing (JLCPCB/PCBWay). 2. Excellon Drill Files (.TXT/.DRL). 3. The source file of the completed design (Fritzing, KiCad, or EasyEDA format). I will provide the exact Fritzing source file (.fzz) and the working Arduino code to the winning freelancer instantly via chat. Please place your lowest competitive bids for this fast task. Thank you!
