Contemporary 100 m² Granny Flat

About the project

I’m developing a 100 m² granny flat and want a clean, contemporary look throughout. The layout needs two comfortable bedrooms along with the usual living, kitchen and bathroom spaces, all flowing logically within the modest footprint. What I expect from you is a full set of architectural drawings—scaled floor plan, elevations, basic sections and a simple site placement diagram—delivered in PDF and the original editable CAD format (AutoCAD, Revit or similar). If you can also include a few colour 3D views to illustrate massing and façade treatment, that will help me finalise finishes before lodging for approval. Accuracy in dimensions is critical because I’ll be passing the plans straight to an engineer and then to my certifier, so please work to Australian residential drafting standards and nominate the drawing scale you intend to use. Once I approve the preliminary concept, we’ll move into minor revisions to lock everything down for submission.
