About the project
I’m updating a residential bedroom and want it to feel unmistakably modern—clean lines, smart storage, and a calm, cohesive palette that still shows personality. What I need from you: • A mood board that captures the overall concept, colours, finishes, and key furniture pieces. • A scaled floor plan showing an efficient layout for the bed, wardrobe, and any seating or work area. • 3D visualisations or high-quality renderings so I can clearly picture the finished space before I commit to purchases. • A concise shopping list with source links, item dimensions, and approximate costs so ordering is straightforward. Please consider practical lighting layers, discreet cable management, and solutions that maximise natural light. If you prefer specific tools—SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, or similar—let me know; I’m flexible as long as the final files are easy to review. Once I’ve reviewed the first concept, we’ll go through two rounds of revisions to refine details like textile selections or wall finishes. Final deliverables should be provided in editable files (DWG or SKP) plus PDFs and JPEGs for easy sharing.
