About the project
I’m moving forward with a commercial build-out and need a clear, professional site plan to anchor the permit set. The drawing must lay out all core elements—building footprint, access drives, parking areas and the overall landscaping scheme—so reviewers can immediately see how everything fits on the parcel. At this stage I only require compliance with standard local regulations; no unusual zoning variances are in play. Accuracy, scale consistency and inclusion of north arrow, legend and key dimensions are essential. I prefer the final plan delivered as both a print-ready PDF and an editable CAD file (AutoCAD or Civil 3D). If you normally layer utilities or other details, feel free to keep those layers in the file for future revisions, but they don’t need to be shown on the plotted sheet right now. Please let me know your typical turnaround time and any questions you have about the parcel survey or architectural footprint—those base files are ready to share as soon as we start.
