About the project
I’m updating a bedroom from scratch and need a creative partner who can shape the concept and then bring it to life through realistic 3-D visuals. Once we start, I’ll share the room’s exact dimensions, photos, and a rough brief of how the space is used; you’ll guide the look, flow, and furniture placement so everything feels cohesive and functional. Here’s what I need from you: • One mood board that captures the proposed aesthetic, materials, and lighting concept • A scaled floor plan with furniture layout (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) • High-quality photo-realistic renders (preferably 3ds Max + V-Ray, Corona, or Blender/Cycles) from at least two key viewpoints • Source file(s) of the final 3-D model so I can make future tweaks if required • Two rounds of revisions to fine-tune details All deliverables should arrive ready to present: still images in 4K resolution (PNG or JPG) and drawings in PDF/DWG.
