Modern Hotel Renovation Design
CAD 250–750
About the project
I’m undertaking a ground-up transformation of an existing hotel and need a designer who can carry a single, cohesive modern vision across every square metre, inside and out. The scope covers three major zones: • Lobby and all common areas: arrival sequence, reception, lounge, corridors and any shared social nooks. • Guest rooms and suites: layouts, finishes, lighting, custom furniture or millwork, artwork and soft-goods palettes. • Exterior landscaping and façade: street presence, entry canopy, hardscape/planting plan, lighting and signage integration plus a standout rooftop bar/restaurant that doubles as the property’s signature amenity. What I need from you 1. Concept phase: mood boards, colour/material direction and high-level space planning that knit the hotel together in a fresh, modern style. 2. Design development: detailed floor plans, elevations and 3D visualisations (SketchUp, Revit, or comparable) that clearly convey the guest experience from curb to pillow. 3. Specification package: FF&E schedules, lighting fixture selections, outdoor furniture and landscape elements, along with coordinated façade finishes. 4. Final presentation set ready for contractor pricing and local permitting. Acceptance criteria • All deliverables presented in both native design files and PDF. • Visual consistency across lobby, rooms, exterior and rooftop. • Material selections readily sourced in our region (supply chain notes appreciated). • Design decisions backed by basic code/ADA considerations. If you’ve taken hotels from concept through construction or excel at modern hospitality interiors and eye-catching exteriors, let’s talk timelines and next steps.
