Paint Anime Background Plate

About the project
I’m building a shot that needs a hand-painted anime background—either a cozy interior or an urban street—rendered so the perspective holds up when my cel-layered characters drop in. Once we start, I’ll supply the layout sketch, exact time-of-day reference, and the character scale. What I need from you: • A layered, paint-over-ready file (PSD, Clip Studio, or Procreate export) at 300 dpi, 3000 px+ on the long edge • A clean, flattened plate with no characters or guides Acceptance criteria: • Perspective lines match the layout I provide • Lighting, shadows, and palette read convincingly for the specified hour • No stray layers, color banding, or compression artifacts If you prefer blocking in rough 3D or perspective grids first, that’s totally fine as long as the final render is fully painted. Please send links to a couple of previous city- or room-based anime backgrounds so I can gauge fit. A first rough by the middle of next week would be perfect, but quality comes first. Can’t wait to see the world you’ll create behind my cast!
