Packaging Structural & Visual Graphic Designer for Heavy-Duty Industrial/Agricultural Tarpaulins

About the project

We are an established manufacturing company specializing in heavy-duty industrial, commercial, and agricultural tarpaulin sheets (PVC / PE covers, pond liners, and protective sheets). We are currently revamping our entire product packaging to improve retail/distributor shelf presence, optimize logistics handling, and elevate brand perception. We are looking for an experienced Packaging Structural & Graphic Designer who can not only design eye-catching packaging artwork but also consult on the most practical, cost-effective packaging materials and structural formats for bulky, heavy items. Key Responsibilities: Packaging Concept & Structural Consultation: Assess current industry benchmarks and suggest the best packaging forms (e.g., printed LDPE/poly bags with carrying handles, woven sacks, wrap-around belly bands, insert cards, or corrugated display cartons). Ensure the packaging is robust enough to handle high weight and rough transit while remaining cost-effective for mass production. Graphic Design & Branding: Design clean, modern, and high-impact packaging artwork/labels suitable for industrial, B2B wholesale, and retail display. Integrate clear technical specification grids (GSM, dimensions in meters/feet, micron count, UV resistance icons, eyelet reinforcement callouts). Incorporate QR codes, barcodes, compliance markings, and manufacturer information cleanly. Production-Ready Deliverables: Supply full dielines, structural mockups, and 3D realistic packaging renders for review. Deliver 100% print-ready vector files (Adobe Illustrator / EPS / PDF) with proper color modes (CMYK / Pantone), bleeding, margin tolerances, and plate separation instructions for our printing vendors. Candidate Requirements: Proven track record in packaging design (experience with industrial hardware, agricultural products, textiles, or heavy consumer goods is a strong plus). Strong understanding of packaging substrates, flexographic/rotogravure printing processes, and dieline drafting. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and 3D packaging rendering tools. Excellent communication and ability to provide strategic recommendations, not just execution.
