Upscale Lounge 3D Walkthrough

About the project

I’m looking to visualise every corner of my new high-end lounge before construction begins, so I need a fully rendered 3D walkthrough that serves as true architectural visualization rather than simple marketing gloss. The goal is to see, tweak, and approve the complete design in a realistic setting—lighting, decor, materials, and ambience included. Scope The walkthough must cover the entire venue: entrance and lobby, bar and main seating, restrooms and back-of-house areas, plus the outdoor terrace. I want to experience smooth transitions from one zone to another, with accurate proportions and believable lighting scenarios that highlight finishes, furniture placement, and decorative details. Level of Detail Please model at the highest level: intricate furniture, custom joinery, branded back-bar elements, premium surface textures, and mood lighting (both ambient and accent). Reflections, shadows, and realistic material behaviour are essential so I can judge colour palettes and atmosphere with confidence. Deliverable • A high-resolution, cinematic-style walkthrough video (minimum 1080p) that I can play on any standard media player. • Native project files or an exchange format (e.g., .fbx or .obj) so my architect can make revisions if needed. Acceptance Criteria The video must showcase all specified zones without abrupt cuts, maintain consistent lighting quality throughout, and clearly depict finishes close-up when the camera approaches seating, bar fronts, or restroom fixtures. I will give you currently existing restaurants/lounges to draw inspiration from and will provide you with video of the space and floor plan.
