About the project
I manage a steady stream of residential projects and need an experienced designer who can step in as my go-to creative partner. Typical assignments cover complete living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, and washrooms, each with its own brief, floor plan, and client profile. For every space I pass on to you, I will supply accurate measurements, and any must-keep items. From there I expect concept development, material and colour selections, furniture and fixture specifications, and photorealistic 3D views that let my clients instantly “feel” the room. I’m happy with whichever professional toolkit you prefer—AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop—as long as the final packages are fully editable and presentation-ready. Clear communication, quick turnarounds, and an openness to a round or two of tweaks are essential because these projects move fast and client tastes evolve mid-process.
