E-Commerce Financial Modeling for Ownit

About the project

Project Title: Financial Modeling and Product Pricing for Ownit We are looking for a finance manager or financial modeling specialist with e-commerce experience to build a simple, practical financial model excel sheet for Ownit, a Saudi brand that manufactures products using its own 3D printers and sells them online. Scope of Work Review available sales and expense records, organize actual financial data, and identify missing information and assumptions. Calculate product costs, including materials, production time, labor, packaging, waste, and printer depreciation, without double-counting costs. Develop pricing and profitability calculations covering payment gateway fees, Tabby and Tamara, shipping, marketing, and overhead. Prepare three-year sales, profit, and cash flow projections, showing the sales volume and spending required to achieve our targets. Deliverables An English Excel workbook compatible with Google Sheets, with tested, linked formulas and adjustable assumptions, plus a short handover session explaining how to use it. The model should be straightforward and easy for the founders to maintain. We will provide our initial spreadsheets and available business records. Please include examples of similar projects, your proposed approach, estimated timeline, and total fee. Experience with both e-commerce and manufacturing costing is preferred.
