Revit BIM & Civil 3D Expert Needed for Long-Term Projects Job Type: Full-Time / Long-Term Workload: 40 hours per week Hourly Rate: $4/hour (Fixed) Project Start: Expected in November 2026 Trial Task: Paid Job Description We are a growing engineering agency looking for an experienced Revit BIM and Civil 3D specialist to join our team for upcoming engineering and site development projects. We are looking for someone with strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver accurate, high-quality work. This is an opportunity for a reliable professional who is interested in long-term collaboration and ongoing projects. Required Skills & Responsibilities Civil 3D Site development and land grading Surface and terrain modeling Road design and corridor modeling Parcel layout and site planning Stormwater and utility pipe networks Civil 3D drawing preparation and documentation Revit BIM 3D BIM modeling and documentation Architectural, structural, or MEP modeling MEP/HVAC coordination Construction drawings and detailing Model review, clash detection, and coordination Requirements Proven experience with Autodesk Civil 3D and Revit. A portfolio demonstrating relevant completed projects. Strong understanding of engineering drawings and BIM workflows. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate with an international team. Availability to work approximately 40 hours per week. Flexibility to adjust working hours based on the client's time zone once the project is confirmed. Trial Task & Hiring Process Before starting the main project, shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a simple paid trial task to demonstrate their technical skills. Candidates who successfully complete the trial task may begin with part-time work before transitioning to full-time, depending on project requirements and performance. We are looking for someone who can grow with our agency and contribute to multiple projects over the long term. Budget The fixed hourly rate is $4/hour.
