About the project
Train Animation Expansion Expanded Blender animation · we supply the existing train assets · 2–3 day turnaround for first revised version Expand train sequence further and make it feel more dynamic, cinematic, mechanical and fun. Please refer to the sample Chef Truck video for the general feeling of movement, energy and entertainment. The goal is to build anticipation before the train appears, make the train ride more exciting, showcase the train's best features after it arrives, and finish with the log car revealing the Investment Highlights. What You Get From Us · Existing Blender train asset and related train cars. · Existing train route and environment assets. · Current Investment Highlights assets. · Sample Chef Truck animation/video for reference. · Existing train design and website direction for general style. The Animation 1. Build anticipation before the train appears. Before the locomotive is visible, begin playing recognizable train sounds in the distance. Show smoke and steam appearing over the landscape and have the smokestack leave a noticeable smoke trail as the train approaches. The viewer should first hear the train and see the smoke, then see the train come into view. 2. Add more hills and terrain. Make the train route more exciting with additional hills and elevation changes. Have the train climb uphill, come over the crest, jump, land and continue downhill. Add additional elevation changes where appropriate so the train does not simply travel across a flat track. Refer to the Chef Truck video for the feeling of movement, energy and fun. 3. Increase the train effects. Add more steam around the locomotive and wheels, more smoke from the smokestack and stronger smoke trails while the train is moving. Synchronize the animation with recognizable wheel, track, whistle, steam-release and locomotive mechanical sounds. The train should feel powerful, alive and mechanical. 4. Bring the train into the station. After the faster section over the hills, have the train significantly reduce its speed as it approaches the station. It should then slowly pass across the screen from right to left, allowing enough time to clearly see the locomotive and each train car, before coming to a complete stop. 5. Showcase the train after it stops. Once parked, have the camera move from the front of the train toward the back, stopping briefly on the most interesting features. Treat this section like a product showcase of the train. When the camera focuses on the locomotive, emphasize recognizable locomotive sounds and visual effects. For example, release steam near the stopped locomotive wheels, show steam around the mechanical areas and continue smoke or steam from the smokestack. Then move the camera to the next locomotive feature, followed by the next train car, continuing from front to back and highlighting the strongest visual features of the entire train. 6. Have the train sounds follow the camera. When the camera focuses on a specific part of the train, emphasize the sound associated with that area. · Locomotive — engine and steam sounds. · Wheels — steam release, metal and mechanical sounds. · Moving components — mechanical movement. · Train cars — appropriate environmental and mechanical sounds. The viewer should feel as though the camera is physically moving alongside and inspecting the train. 7. Finish with the log car and Investment Highlights. After the camera reaches the log train car, have the logs dramatically explode or separate outward and transition into the Investment Highlights. Use the logs as part of the reveal so the transition feels naturally connected to the train animation rather than simply cutting to another screen. This should be the final payoff after the viewer has heard the train approaching, watched it travel over the hills, seen it arrive at the station and explored its features. Overall Direction · More hills and elevation changes. · Train climbing, jumping and descending. · More exciting train movement. · Train sounds beginning before the train is visible. · Smoke visible in the distance before the train appears. · Stronger smokestack smoke trails. · More steam around the locomotive and wheels. · Better synchronized train sounds. · Dramatic slowdown entering the station. · Slow right-to-left train showcase. · Front-to-back camera tour after the train stops. · Feature-specific sounds and steam effects. · Dramatic log-car Investment Highlights reveal. Overall, make the train feel bigger, wilder, more mechanical, more cinematic and more fun. Deliver · Final rendered Alternative Train animation. · High-quality video render suitable for website integration. · Version with synchronized train sound design. · Smoke, steam and locomotive effects included. · Investment Highlights log-car reveal included. · Complete updated blender source file with the train animation, camera movements, terrain changes, lighting, smoke, steam, effects and render settings. · Include any updated train models, rigs, particle systems, simulations or other assets used in the final animation. · Separate audio files where practical so individual train sounds can be adjusted during website integration. · One clean PNG of the final train-at-station frame.
