About the project
I am ready to give my living room, bedroom, and kitchen a cohesive modern makeover built around calm, neutral tones. I need an interior designer who can translate that vision into a complete concept, then guide me through furniture placement, finishes, lighting, and décor so each space feels contemporary yet inviting. What matters most is seeing the entire flow of my home come together in one unified plan. I would like digital mood boards and realistic 3D visualisations that clearly demonstrate the materials, textures, and colour palette before I make any purchases. A concise sourcing list for furniture, fixtures, and accessories—readily available in my region or easily shipped—will help me keep decisions quick and costs controlled. Deliverables • Concept mood board for each room • 3D renderings illustrating layout, lighting, and colour palette • Itemised shopping list with links or specifications • Basic floor plan showing furniture placement and circulation Acceptance criteria: visual assets must match the agreed neutral palette, reflect a distinctly modern style, and be provided in high-resolution files I can share with contractors or retailers. AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar tools are welcome if that is where you work most efficiently; just supply files I can open or a PDF/PNG alternative. I am happy to provide photos, measurements, and any inspiration references you may need as soon as we start.
