Premium 3D SaaS Product Animation – 35-Second Promotional Video for Beauty Booking Platform We are looking for an experienced 3D Motion Designer / Product Animation Specialist to create a premium, high-quality, 35-second promotional video for POLISHED (www.polishedhq.com), a SaaS platform designed for hair salons, barbershops, nail studios, spas, and beauty businesses. The video will be used primarily for paid advertising campaigns on Instagram and Facebook. Our Goal We want a sophisticated, modern, visually impressive commercial that demonstrates how easy it is for beauty businesses to manage online appointments using POLISHED. The video must combine realistic software UI animation with premium 3D product visualization, creating the appearance of a high-end technology commercial. Video Concept & Booking Journey The main focus should be a premium 3D animated smartphone or tablet displaying the actual POLISHED interface. The video should demonstrate a realistic customer booking journey: A customer opens the salon's online booking page. Selects a service, such as a women's haircut. Chooses an available date and time. Selects a preferred staff member. Confirms the appointment. The appointment automatically appears in the salon owner's POLISHED calendar. The transitions between these steps should be smooth, dynamic, and realistic, with animated screen interactions that make the software feel fully functional. The video should end with an elegant presentation of the POLISHED logo, website (www.polishedhq.com), and a strong call to action. Important Creative Direction Approximately 80% of the video should focus on demonstrating the actual POLISHED software through realistic, animated UI interactions. The remaining 20% should feature premium 3D visual elements, elegant camera movements, transitions, and branding. We want realistic smartphone/tablet mockups, smooth touch interactions, professional lighting, subtle reflections, and elegant pink accents matching our brand identity. The overall visual style should be modern, minimal, premium, and sophisticated. We do NOT want: Childish cartoon animations. Generic slideshow videos. Basic template-based promotional videos. Static screenshots with simple zoom effects. Unrealistic or unrelated software interfaces. We want the booking process to feel real, interactive, dynamic, and professionally animated. The actual POLISHED interface must be used as the visual reference, with UI elements recreated or animated where necessary. Audio & Language The video should include: Professional Greek AI voiceover or native Greek voiceover. Greek subtitles. Premium background music licensed for commercial advertising. Subtle sound effects synchronized with the interface animations. We can provide or approve the Greek voiceover script before production. Technical Specifications Video duration: 35 seconds. Primary format: Vertical 9:16. Resolution: Minimum 1080 × 1920. Final format: MP4. Optimized for Instagram Reels, Instagram Stories, and Facebook Ads. Two rounds of revisions included. Greek script or voiceover guidance. Feedback throughout the production process. Production & Approval Process Before starting the complete animation, we would like to review and approve: An initial premium 3D smartphone/tablet mockup using our actual POLISHED interface. A storyboard outlining the scenes and booking journey. The proposed animation style and visual direction. After approval, the freelancer can proceed with the full animation, sound design, voiceover, and final editing.
