About the project

The reception lobby in our new build features a 20,780 mm-long by 8,450 mm-high wall finished in vertical fluted timber. Cutting through it is a wavy, river-shaped band of preserved moss that must feel completely real on screen before we sign off for fabrication. Your task is to translate the supplied concept art and elevation drawing into high-resolution, photorealistic 3D visuals that show exactly how the installation will look once in place. I will share reference photos for every moss type—ball moss in nature and medium greens for the raised clusters, plus light, lime and forest-green reindeer moss for the main infill—so you can match scale, colour and surface variation precisely. Concealed cove lighting runs along the top and bottom edges of the band, and a wall-mounted TV sits just below it on one side; both elements need to read naturally in the render. The main emphasis is portraying the overall design accurately, but I still need to appreciate the tactile quality of the moss, so please craft a razor-sharp texture setup. 3ds Max with V-Ray or Corona (or an equivalent engine capable of true photorealism) is expected. Deliverables • One full, straight-on front view • One angled perspective to convey depth • One to two tight close-ups focusing on moss texture and lighting transition • All images minimum 4 K, supplied as JPG or PNG • Up to two revision rounds after the first draft All drawings, mood boards and files remain confidential and may not be shared or used elsewhere. If your portfolio already includes green or living-wall renders, especially with complex natural textures, you’re exactly who I’d like to collaborate with.
