1. Services
AiZity provides downloadable 3D assets (free and premium) and related custom 3D services, including modeling, product animation, and military or technical explainers. The specific deliverables, timelines, and costs for each custom project will be outlined in a separate agreement or through our platform listings (e.g., Fiverr).
2. Content license (downloadable assets)
Downloadable 3D models and related files ("Content") are licensed as described on each asset page and in our License Summary. In short: you may use Content in your projects as allowed by the listed license; you may not resell or redistribute Content on a standalone basis, misuse trademarks depicted in Content, or use Content illegally or deceptively. Premium purchases grant a non-exclusive license to use the files—not ownership of the copyright—unless a separate agreement says otherwise.
3. Intellectual Property (custom work)
Unless otherwise stated in a specific project agreement:
- Client Materials: You retain ownership of all raw footage, assets, and materials you provide to us.
- Deliverables: Upon full payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the final deliverables for your business purposes.
- Portfolio Use: We reserve the right to display the final work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) has been signed.
4. Accounts, downloads, and payment
Some features may require an account. You are responsible for activity under your account. Payments for premium assets or services may be processed through third-party platforms or direct invoice. Refund policies for marketplace purchases and custom work follow the platform or contract used; we handle download issues case by case as described in our FAQ.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful purpose. You must not submit any content that is illegal, offensive, infringing on intellectual property rights, or contains malware. You must not scrape the library, share paid download access, or circumvent technical limits.
6. Reporting and moderation
To report copyright infringement, illegal Content, or other policy issues, use Report Content. EU users can find DSA-related information on our Digital Services Act page. We may remove or restrict Content and suspend access when we believe these Terms or applicable law have been violated.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AiZity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
