Terms of Service

Last updated: October 16, 2026

Welcome to AiZity. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Services

AiZity provides downloadable 3D assets (free and premium) and related custom 3D services, including modeling, product animation, and military or technical explainers. The specific deliverables, timelines, and costs for each custom project will be outlined in a separate agreement or through our platform listings (e.g., Fiverr).

2. Content license (downloadable assets)

Downloadable 3D models and related files ("Content") are licensed as described on each asset page and in our License Summary. In short: you may use Content in your projects as allowed by the listed license; you may not resell or redistribute Content on a standalone basis, misuse trademarks depicted in Content, or use Content illegally or deceptively. Premium purchases grant a non-exclusive license to use the files—not ownership of the copyright—unless a separate agreement says otherwise.

Third-party Content. Some Content is created by independent artists and published under an open license such as CC0, CC BY, or CC BY-SA. Where an asset page credits an original author or source, that Content is governed by its original license, including its attribution and share-alike requirements, and the original license prevails over any conflicting restriction in these Terms. We do not claim ownership of third-party Content.

3. Intellectual Property (custom work)

Unless otherwise stated in a specific project agreement:

  • Client Materials: You retain ownership of all raw footage, assets, and materials you provide to us.
  • Deliverables: Upon full payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the final deliverables for your business purposes.
  • Portfolio Use: We reserve the right to display the final work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) has been signed.

4. Accounts, downloads, and payment

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for activity under your account. Payments for premium assets or services may be processed through third-party platforms or direct invoice. Refund policies for marketplace purchases and custom work follow the platform or contract used; we handle download issues case by case as described in our FAQ.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful purpose. You must not submit any content that is illegal, offensive, infringing on intellectual property rights, or contains malware. You must not scrape the library, share paid download access, or circumvent technical limits.

Every asset page has a Report a problem link. Use it to tell us that a model is broken or not useful, that its license or attribution is wrong, that it infringes your copyright, or that it is inappropriate. For other Content (blog posts, comments, and so on), use Report Content. EU users can find DSA-related information on our Digital Services Act page.

Copyright notices. If you believe Content on AiZity infringes your copyright, please send a report that includes:

  • your name and email address, and the name of the copyright owner if you act on their behalf;
  • the asset page or URL of the Content you are reporting;
  • a description of, or link to, the original work you own;
  • a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law; and
  • a statement that the information in your report is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.

What we do. We aim to review copyright and legal reports within two business days. When a report is credible, we remove or disable access to the Content, usually while we investigate, and we remove it from our sitemap so search engines drop it. Reports about broken models or incorrect credits are used to fix or retire the asset.

Counter-notices. If Content you provided or licensed to us was removed and you believe that was a mistake (for example, because it is correctly licensed under CC0 or CC BY), contact us through the contact form with the asset name, why you believe the removal was in error, and evidence of the license. We will review it and may restore the Content.

Repeat infringement. We do not re-list Content that has been removed for infringement. We stop importing from sources and accounts that repeatedly infringe, and we may terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe.

Knowingly false or misleading reports may themselves violate these Terms and applicable law. We may also remove or restrict Content and suspend access whenever we believe these Terms or applicable law have been violated.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AiZity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

8. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these sites. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

10. Contact Information
