Description
A small clothing boutique front with a brick and dark cladding facade, a large shop sign, an awning, glass doors and display windows with dressed mannequins inside. The shop name is fictional, so it is ready for your own branding.
Technical details: about 138,000 polygons and 93,000 vertices, UV-mapped, with 30 materials and texture maps, at about 7.5 m wide. The back and sides are plain, so it is designed to sit in a row of buildings facing the street.
Available as GLB, FBX, OBJ and Blender (.blend). Use the GLB for web viewers and three.js, the FBX for Unity, Unreal or Cinema 4D, the OBJ as a widely supported static mesh, and the .blend to edit it directly in Blender. AiZity cleaned up the original (centred, grounded and renamed the parts) and converted it to these formats.
