Old Victorian Mansion House 3D Model

An old, eerie Victorian mansion with weathered green clapboard siding, white trim, a steep slate roof with a pointed turret, a tall brick chimney, bay windows and a covered porch. It looks like the classic haunted house on the hill.

Technical details: about 186,000 polygons and 127,000 vertices, UV-mapped, with 22 materials and texture maps, resized to about 18 m tall. The detailed trim suits hero shots; decimate it for large real-time scenes.

Available as GLB, FBX, OBJ and Blender (.blend). Use the GLB for web viewers and three.js, the FBX for Unity, Unreal or Cinema 4D, the OBJ as a widely supported static mesh, and the .blend to edit it directly in Blender. AiZity cleaned up the original (centred, grounded and renamed the parts), resized it to real-world scale and converted it to these formats.

Good for horror and Halloween scenes, haunted house games, period dramas and spooky key art.
