Description
A typical Soviet prefabricated panel apartment block in a post-Soviet realist style, with weathered concrete panels, balconies and a cluttered yard.
Technical details: about 36,600 polygons and 63,700 vertices, UV-mapped and game-ready, with eight materials and baked textures, scaled to 20 m long for AiZity's catalogue scale.
Available as GLB, FBX, OBJ and Blender (.blend). Use the GLB for web viewers and three.js, the FBX for Unity, Unreal or Cinema 4D, the OBJ as a widely supported static mesh, and the .blend to edit it directly in Blender. AiZity cleaned up the original (centred, grounded and renamed the parts), resized it to AiZity's catalogue scale and converted it to these formats.
Good for post-Soviet and Eastern European scenes, shooter and survival games, and urban visualisation.
