Description
A ball-and-stick model of the vitamin D2 molecule, ergocalciferol, with carbon atoms in black, hydrogen in white and its hydroxyl oxygen in red.
Technical details: about 15,300 polygons and 10,900 vertices, UV-mapped and game-ready, with one material, scaled to 50 cm for easy viewing (a real molecule is about 1 nm long).
Available as GLB, FBX, OBJ and Blender (.blend). Use the GLB for web viewers and three.js, the FBX for Unity, Unreal or Cinema 4D, the OBJ as a widely supported static mesh, and the .blend to edit it directly in Blender. AiZity cleaned up the original (centred, grounded and renamed the parts), resized it to AiZity's catalogue scale and converted it to these formats.
Good for chemistry and nutrition lessons, health content, pharmacy visuals and science fairs.
