Photorealistic Architectural Visualization Needed
USD 30–250
About the project
I have a set of architectural plans that now need to be brought to life through high-end visualization. The goal is to create images (and, if you have the capability, VR walkthrough) that communicate layout, materials, lighting, and atmosphere clearly enough for both investors and future occupants to “feel” the space before it is built. Scope You will take my 2D drawings, schedules, and reference photos and turn them into photorealistic 3D scenes. I’m working with a four-week window, so a well-structured workflow with staged reviews is essential. I normally review work in three passes—clay, material/lighting, and final polish—so factor that into your proposal. Deliverables (all due within one month) • High-resolution 4K still renders suitable for print and web • Source files in the native software you work with (3ds Max, Blender, SketchUp, or similar) • A fly-through video or interactive VR package • One round of refinements after I review the near-final output What to include in your proposal I need to see a concise but detailed project plan: key milestones, software you use, sample images or links that prove your rendering quality, estimated turnaround for each stage, and any VR capability you can bring. Please highlight past visualization projects that align with this scope. I’ll select the freelancer who demonstrates a clear, realistic plan and the ability to hit photoreal results within the four-week timeframe.
