Design a 6-10 Seat Meeting Room

About the project

I’ve set aside a small area in our office that needs to become a focused meeting room where up to ten team members can gather comfortably. The goal is a space that encourages productive, distraction-free team meetings rather than client-facing sessions, so function and acoustic control outweigh showy décor. What I need from you: • A scaled floor plan that fits 6–10 ergonomic chairs and one central table while still leaving clear circulation paths. • Suggestions for lighting, wall treatments and basic acoustic solutions that keep voices clear without echo. • A concise furniture and fixtures list with model names or equivalents that are easy to source locally. • One or two simple 3D visuals or mood boards so stakeholders can picture the finished look. I will provide the room’s exact dimensions, photos and any utility constraints as soon as we start. I’m happy to answer questions quickly so you can iterate fast and keep the design practical.
