# Job Title **Architect Needed to Convert My House Blueprint into a Realistic 3D Model with Interior & Rooftop Garden Design** ## Project Overview I am looking for an experienced architect or 3D visualization designer to transform my complete house blueprint into a highly accurate and realistic 3D model. I already have the architectural blueprint in PDF format and will share it with the selected freelancer. The goal is to create an exact 3D representation of the house without changing the architectural layout, dimensions, room locations, walls, windows, doors, staircases, or exterior structure. After creating the accurate 3D model, I would like a second version that includes professional interior design suggestions and a modern rooftop garden concept. --- ## Project Requirements ### Phase 1 – Accurate 3D Architectural Model Create a complete 3D model based on the provided blueprint. Requirements: * Preserve the exact architectural layout. * Do not modify the floor plan. * Keep all room sizes and dimensions exactly as shown in the blueprint. * Correct placement of: * Walls * Doors * Windows * Staircases * Roof * Balcony/Terraces * Parking area * Exterior elevations * Model every floor included in the blueprint. * Produce realistic exterior views from multiple angles. * Include roof details exactly as designed. --- ### Phase 2 – Empty House Visualization Create photorealistic renders of the house without furniture. Include: * Exterior renders * Interior walkthrough * Every room * Daylight lighting * Night lighting * Multiple camera angles --- ### Phase 3 – Interior Design Proposal Create a second version with tasteful modern interior design. Requirements: * Luxury modern style * Elegant but practical * Warm lighting * High-quality materials * Suitable furniture for each room * Ceiling designs * Flooring suggestions * Wall finishes * Kitchen design * Bathroom design * Living room design * Dining room * Bedrooms * Majlis (if applicable) * Home office (if applicable) Please use realistic materials that could actually be purchased. --- ### Phase 4 – Rooftop Garden Design Design the rooftop as a beautiful and functional outdoor space. Suggestions may include: * Pergola * Outdoor seating area * BBQ area * Artificial or natural grass * Decorative plants * Trees suitable for rooftop planting * Water feature (optional) * Ambient lighting * Outdoor dining area * Privacy screens * Shade structures * Small coffee corner * Walking paths * Space for family gatherings The rooftop design should be practical, elegant, and suitable for the local climate. --- ## Deliverables The final delivery should include: * Complete editable 3D model * High-resolution renders (minimum 4K) * Exterior renderings * Interior renderings * Rooftop garden renderings * Floor-by-floor 3D views * Walkthrough animation (optional but preferred) * Source files (SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Blender, or equivalent) * Render files * Material list used in the design --- ## Preferred Software One or more of the following: * Revit * SketchUp * Blender * 3ds Max * Lumion * Twinmotion * Enscape * V-Ray * D5 Render --- ## Freelancer Requirements Please apply only if you: * Have experience with residential architectural visualization. * Can accurately follow architectural blueprints. * Have a strong portfolio of realistic house designs. * Have experience in interior design. * Can design luxury rooftop gardens. * Can communicate clearly and provide updates during the project. --- ## When Applying, Please Include 1.
