About the project

I need detailed engineering for a chain-and-slat conveyor line that will carry processed biomass chips at loads above 1 000 kg. The scope covers full mechanical design plus a precise cutting list so my fabrication shop can move straight into production. Please base the work on standard industrial practice for heavy-duty conveyors: robust chain selection, slat arrangement that prevents chip spillage, and frame sizing that resists continuous high-load operation. I will supply basic layout dimensions once we start; from there I expect you to prepare 2D/3D CAD models, strength calculations where relevant, and a clearly itemised bill of materials with cut lengths, plate sizes, chain specs and purchased parts. Deliverables • Native CAD files (SolidWorks or AutoCAD are fine) and exported PDFs/DXF for laser cutting • BOM and cutting list cross-referenced to the drawings • Simple assembly guidance or exploded views so the shop team can follow the build sequence I’ll review the drawings against fit, capacity (>1 000 kg) and ease of fabrication before sign-off, so allow for one round of revisions.
