I’m ready to give my villa a fresh, cohesive look and need a designer who excels in contemporary interiors. The overall direction is distinctly modern, and I’d like to concentrate on the two social hubs of the home—the living room and the kitchen—so they flow seamlessly together. Here’s what I have in mind: • Concept development that captures a clean, modern aesthetic without sacrificing warmth. • Detailed space planning for both rooms, taking natural light, traffic flow, and storage into account. • Mood boards and material selections (fabrics, finishes, fixtures) that fit the concept and are readily sourceable. • 3D visualisations or renderings that allow me to see how the updated spaces will look before any purchasing decisions. • A concise shopping list with furniture, lighting, and décor recommendations, including suggested suppliers. Acceptance criteria • Final plans must be delivered in editable format (SketchUp, Revit, or similar) alongside high-resolution JPEG/PNG renders. • Furniture and finish selections must be available for purchase locally or online. • All dimensions and specifications should match standard building codes.
