4-Story Boutique Hotel Redesign Redesign a four-story boutique hotel to improve operational flow, efficiency, and achieve a clean, modern minimalist aesthetic. The scope includes redesign of the ground floor with reception, lounge, bar, restaurant, spa, and gym integration; simplification of guest rooms and bathrooms; refinement of the fourth-floor penthouse; and development of a rooftop guest amenity space incorporating a pool, deck, bar, pavilion, mechanical zone, solar panels, and restrooms. The original architectural plans are included for reference. Also included are non-editable renderings that illustrate the desired design direction. These renderings were produced by a previous architect who was unable to complete the project deliverables. Required Deliverables • Updated ground floor plans including reception, restaurant, gym, spa, and retail area. • Updated guest room and penthouse floor plans. • Updated rooftop plans reflecting the new rooftop development. • Revision of all applicable drawings to reflect the proposed changes. • Front, rear, and cross sections. • 3D renderings. A PDF containing a more detailed developer's brief is also included as part of the project package.
