Technical Lead – Reltio MDM Technical Lead IST/UK Remote We are looking for a highly experienced and hands-on Reltio MDM Technical Lead to drive the architecture, design, implementation, and operational excellence of the enterprise Reltio platform. The role requires deep expertise in Reltio MDM, cloud integrations, data governance, and technical leadership to deliver scalable, high-quality master data solutions. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end Reltio MDM architecture, solution design, and platform governance. Lead configuration and implementation of Reltio entities, hierarchies, relationships, match & merge rules, survivorship, RDM, workflows, and security models. Define MDM standards, best practices, and reusable design patterns. Design and oversee integrations using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Azure Functions, Event Hub, AWS SQS, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures. Drive data quality, governance, stewardship processes, and golden record management. Lead development teams, vendor partners, sprint planning, technical delivery, and release management. Establish CI/CD practices, code reviews, testing standards, and engineering governance. Manage platform support, incident resolution, performance optimization, monitoring, and operational readiness. Collaborate with business, architecture, and integration teams to deliver scalable enterprise MDM solutions. Required Qualifications 8+ years of MDM experience with 3+ years in Reltio architecture/technical leadership roles. Strong hands-on expertise in Reltio Configuration, Data Modeling, Match & Merge, Survivorship, Stewardship Workflows, Hierarchy Management, and Reference Data Management. Experience with Reltio APIs, Event Streaming, Agent Flow, Reltio AI, and Data Quality capabilities. Strong integration experience with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Azure Functions, Event Hub, REST APIs, and cloud-native architectures. Proven experience leading distributed technical teams and managing complex enterprise implementations. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP MDG, SAP S/4HANA, and enterprise master data domains. Exposure to Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, or regulated industries. Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and cloud governance frameworks. Leadership Attributes Hands-on technical leader who leads by example.
