About the project

I need a fully dimensioned, scaled site plan that proves my entire resort-style program fits comfortably on a 30 × 50 m plot (1,500 m²). The concept is an eco-friendly tropical retreat, not a conventional condominium, so privacy, lush greenery, and a relaxed flow are essential. Key requirements • 14 single-story T2 units (≈45 m² each) arranged for maximum visual and acoustic privacy. • Each unit must open onto its own private terrace or garden. • A central parking lot with 14 spaces and easy maneuvering, kept visually soft with planting buffers. • Reception integrated with a security gatehouse at the main entrance. • Shared amenities: coworking space, gym, swimming pool, lounge, and a discreet technical area (generator, pumps, water tanks, electrical room, waste). • Comfortable vehicle and pedestrian circulation throughout, prioritising shade and natural ventilation. • Dense tropical landscaping that doubles as privacy screens, noise reduction, and sun protection. • Material palette: wood and stone, in keeping with the eco-tropical style. • All dimensions and setbacks must be realistic for construction and local codes. Deliverable A single drawing—clean, accurate, and ready for scale verification: • Top-down site plan at a clear scale (metric), fully dimensioned. • Labels for every building, outdoor amenity, pathway, and technical zone. • North arrow, legend, and key measurements called out. • PDF (and source file if produced in CAD). No 3D renders or additional visuals are needed now; this stage is purely about fit and feasibility.
