Urgent: 3D Structural Design Engineer – Solar EV Charging Station (Sheet Metal + Fabrication Drawings) – 12-Day Timeline Project Overview We are EVAP Solar, an Indian clean energy hardware startup. We have already identified a metal fabricator. They require fabricator-ready 3D & 2D drawings to start production immediately. Design brief: We are building a compact, off-grid, self-supporting solar EV charging station — functionally similar to internationally known autonomous solar charging concepts. The structure must include: A modular, easy deployable (automatic) solar canopy (angled) to mount 5–7 kWp of solar panels. One vertical steel columns supporting the canopy. A weatherproof base cabinet (IP54/IP65) to house a battery bank (200 kWh) and a 60 kW DC charger electronics. A charging pedestal for the charging cable + optional display mount. Integrated cable routing from canopy to cabinet. A foundation mounting plate for bolting to a concrete plinth. Important: We are not copying any specific branded product. Our requirement is purely functional and technical — a rugged, modular, outdoor structure optimised for Indian highway conditions (high wind, dust, and heat). We will share exact dimensions of our battery and charger equipment with the selected candidate.
