VFD Drives Manufacturing Plant Layout
INR 1500–12500
About the project
I’m setting up a new manufacturing plant dedicated to producing V F D drives and need a complete civil-architectural package to move the project from concept to construction. Here’s the scope in plain terms: the site is currently a greenfield, so I will rely on you to map out an efficient floor plan, develop all structural drawings, and lay in the full utilities scheme—electrical, water, HVAC, compressed air, data, and fire-protection runs. Beyond the shell, the production line itself must be shown: raw-material reception, SMT area, assembly, testing, packaging, and finished-goods dispatch. I want the flows to be linear, with minimal cross-traffic, and fully compliant with standard industrial safety codes. I work in AutoCAD and Revit, so final deliverables must be provided in those native formats along with PDF issue sets. Deliverables (acceptance criteria) • Detailed floor plan with equipment positioning and clear aisle widths • Structural GA drawings: foundations, columns, roof framing, load schedules • Utilities schematics and routing plans sized for projected loads • 3D model (Revit) for coordination and clash detection • A single compiled bill of space and service requirements for contractor pricing If you’ve designed electronic-assembly or similar light-industrial plants before, that’s a big plus. Looking forward to seeing examples of past factory layouts you’ve done and a rough timeline for the first design review.
