Traditional Home Architectural Package

About the project

I’m ready to move from concept to construction on a medium-sized, 3–4 bedroom residence and need a full architectural set prepared in a classic, traditional style. The scope covers every drawing required for permitting and builder pricing: detailed floor plans, exterior elevations, building sections, and a photorealistic 3D visualization that captures the overall character of the home. In the plans, be sure to integrate all requested spaces—an open-feeling living and dining area, a dedicated home office, and an attached garage—while preserving clear circulation and respecting typical residential code requirements. Elevations should convey traditional proportions, roof pitches, and façade details; sections must illustrate structural relationships and key heights. The 3D render will help me present the design to family and potential contractors, so lighting and material choices should reinforce the timeless aesthetic. Preferred file formats are DWG or RVT for the drawings and a high-resolution JPEG/PNG (plus the native model, e.g., SketchUp or Revit) for the visualization. I’ll provide a rough sketch, site dimensions, and local setback information once we start; please highlight any additional data you need early so we stay on schedule. Deliverables: • Fully dimensioned floor plans with the specified rooms • All elevations and at least one longitudinal and one transverse section • Coordinated roof, foundation, and site plan sheets • Render-quality 3D model and four exterior perspective images Acceptance criteria: every sheet plotted to 1:100 (or imperial equivalent) with consistent title blocks; layers, line weights, and view templates organized for easy editing; 3D render at minimum 3000 px wide. If you’re comfortable working in AutoCAD, Revit, or a comparable BIM/CAD tool and can commit to one revision cycle after the first draft, I’d love to see examples of similar traditional homes you’ve documented and rendered.
