Compact Modern School Design

About the project

I need a full architectural concept for a small-footprint, modern school that still feels spacious and welcoming. The plot is limited, so every square metre has to count while accommodating: Area : 27*76 Feet. • at least ten classrooms • a well-lit library that can double as a reading hub • principal and admin offices adjacent to a reception lobby for smooth visitor flow • a computer lab integrated near the classrooms for shared cabling and supervision A playground would be ideal if you can prove it fits without compromising circulation; otherwise, creative indoor activity space is acceptable. I’d like the scheme to follow contemporary principles—clean lines, efficient natural lighting, and smart ventilation—with a construction approach that keeps future maintenance simple. Please include: 1. Site utilisation diagram showing access, drop-off and service zones. 2. Scalable floor plans (PDF + DWG) with clear room dimensions and furniture layout. 3. Two or three key elevations and one section to illustrate massing, façade treatment, and roof solution. 4. Minimum three coloured 3D renders to convey material palette and spatial feel. Hand-over files should be compatible with AutoCAD/Revit or SketchUp along with high-resolution JPEG/PNG visuals. All drawings must use metric units.
