## Project Title **Freelance 3D Elevation Designer Required for G+3 Residential Building** ## Project Description We are looking for an experienced **architectural elevation designer / 3D exterior designer** for a premium residential building project in Bangalore. ### Project Details * Project type: Residential building * Building configuration: Ground + 3 floors * Plot size: Approximately 30 ft × 42 ft * Frontage: Approximately 30 ft * Facing: West-facing * Ground floor: Stilt parking * Location: Bangalore * Design style: Modern, premium and contemporary * Project stage: Floor plans are ready ### Scope of Work * Study and understand all floor plans * Stack the Ground, First, Second and Third Floor plans correctly * Develop a façade that matches the actual floor-plan layout * Create two initial front-elevation concepts * Develop the selected concept into a detailed 3D elevation * Design balconies, windows, projections, pergolas and façade elements * Suggest suitable exterior materials and colour combinations * Ensure the elevation is practical and executable * Consider Bangalore weather and maintenance conditions * Coordinate revisions based on our feedback ### Important Requirements * Elevation must strictly match the approved floor plans * Window and door positions must not be changed without approval * Balcony positions must match the respective floor plans * Staircase and lift block must be considered correctly * Column, slab and structural positions must be respected * Ground-floor parking access must remain clear * Design should not be a random façade or copied elevation * Materials must be practical, durable and easy to maintain * Excessive glass, difficult projections and high-maintenance elements should be avoided ### Required Deliverables * Two preliminary elevation concepts * Final approved 3D front elevation * High-resolution daytime render * High-resolution evening or night render * Dimensioned 2D front-elevation drawing * Exterior material specification * Exterior colour scheme * Editable SketchUp or Revit source file * AutoCAD elevation drawing * Final JPG and PDF files * Minimum two revision rounds ### Preferred Software Skills * AutoCAD * SketchUp * Revit * Lumion * V-Ray * Enscape * Photoshop * 3D architectural visualisation ### Freelancer Requirements * Experience in residential elevation design * Experience with G+2, G+3 or villa projects * Good understanding of architectural drawings * Ability to design from floor plans * Strong portfolio of modern residential elevations * Good communication * Ability to complete revisions on time * Willingness to provide editable source files ### Please Include in Your Proposal * Three relevant residential elevation samples * Links to completed G+2 or G+3 elevation projects * Fixed-price quotation * Expected completion time * Software you will use * Number of concepts included * Number of revisions included * Confirmation that editable source files will be provided * Confirmation that the design will follow the floor plans ### Selection Process * Freelancer will first be shortlisted based on portfolio quality * A small paid concept milestone may be awarded * The complete project will be awarded after reviewing the initial concept * Final payment will be released after approved files and source files are submitted Please apply only if you have relevant experience in **residential façade and elevation design**.
