About the project
I’m updating a series of private offices and need clear, construction-ready plans that capture a clean, modern aesthetic. The focus is on the spatial layout rather than selecting specific furniture, so I’m looking for someone who can translate my requirements into accurate 2D drawings and engaging 3D visuals that illustrate circulation, workstation placement, built-in storage and lighting concepts. You’ll receive precise room dimensions and photographs of the existing shell. From there, I’d like you to: • produce a scaled 2D floor plan showing walls, doors, glazing, built-ins and key circulation paths • generate photo-realistic 3D renderings (or a navigable model) that communicate materials, finishes and lighting mood • deliver the editable source file (DWG, SKP, RVT or similar) alongside high-resolution stills in PNG/JPG Accuracy is critical: dimensions must align with the provided measurements, walls must meet existing structural constraints, and clear annotations should make the plan easy for my contractor to follow. If you work in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max or a comparable tool, just let me know—flexibility is fine as long as the output is compatible. Timing is flexible but I’d like a first draft within a week of kickoff so we can iterate quickly.
