About the project

My schematic for an ESP32-based drone flight controller is complete; what I need now is a skilled PCB designer who can turn that schematic into a reliable, production-ready board. You’ll take the finished circuit and: • Develop the full board layout, choosing an efficient layer stack that keeps weight and interference low while remaining manufacturable. • Generate all fabrication data—Gerbers, drill files, pick-and-place, STEP/3D, and a clean, component-matched BOM. • Run thorough DRC/DFM checks so the design sails through board house review on the first pass. • Document any design decisions or trade-offs so I can iterate or scale later without guesswork. I’m supplying the original schematic, netlist, footprints, and datasheets. Tool choice is flexible (Altium, KiCad, or equivalent) as long as source files are included. Experience with high-current motor traces, noise-sensitive sensors, and tight drone form factors will be a big plus. If you’ve shipped similar flight-controller or robotics boards before, I’d love to see a brief example and hear how quickly you can move from layout to final files.
